Tacoma

Accounting Analyst
Responsibilities: Degreed accountant desired to maintain and expand the manufacturing cost system, preparation of financial analysis reporting and other accounting functions. Two years accounting experience and proficiency in Excel is required.

Layout Technician
Responsibilities: Perform dimensional inspections. Maintain adequate records. Able to mark up castings for build up and repair. Maintain tools and work area. Strong math background using detailed plans and blueprints.

Estimator
Responsibilities: Review and interpret technical and quality requirements of customer inquiries, read and interpret industry standard specifications, identify manufacturing cost factors and develop costs in cost program. Obtain subcontract costs from Atlas sourcing and outside inquiries. Build quotation from cost model. Estimate delivery capability based on Production Control standards. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written. Ability to read, interpret, and evaluate customer specifications, and engineering drawing requirements. Experience in foundry manufacturing and NDE methods

Contract Service Administrator
Responsibilities: Review and interpret technical and quality requirements of customer inquiries. Read and interpret industry standard specifications. Build quotation from cost model. Identify exceptions to customer requirements. Identify elements of risk outside normal manufacturing and technical methods. Determine if procedure qualifications exist or need to be developed. Cross train to support other Contract Services positions.

Sub-Contract Machine Administrator
Responsibilities: Submit contract purchase orders, customer request for quotations, invoicing, month end reporting, general task support duties which include: data entry and filing. interface with Atlas Sales, Atlas Estimating and outside vendor base, generation of spread sheets and estimating of machining costs from customer engineering drawings.

Layout Supervisor
Responsibilities: Has direct responsibility for Performance of the dimensional inspection (layout) technicians, implementation of methods, procedures and practices employed at Atlas Castings & Technology. This includes supervising the layout process and documentation required.

Pattern Shop Technician Trainee
Responsibilities: Perform various sand casting pattern equipment tasks including, but not limited to: sanding, body filler application, painting, gluing, simple wood construction, clean-up, pattern shop related pick-up and delivery, etc.
