Atlas Castings and Technology is a premier foundry in North American that produces high integrity castings. Atlas cast parts in a size range from 10 to 48,000 pounds in over 130 different alloys including carbon steel, low alloy steel, stainless steel, duplex, super duplex, super austenitic, and nickel base materials. Primary markets include pump, valve, turbine, compressor, nuclear, Navy shipbuilding, transportation, and offshore oil well drilling. Atlas's extensive facilities and technical expertise are designed to provide customers with cost effective
solutions to casting projects.
Concurrent engineering support is provided by Pro/Engineer®, computer aided modeling. and MAGMASOFT®, solidification modeling, software programs. Atlas is more than just a foundry and has continually applied new technology to the casting process and has become a modern full service manufacturing facility. Atlas offers complete project management including casting, fabrication, machining, pressure testing, and special painting. This allows the customer to place one order for the complete manufacture of the required component, from conceptual design to finished part ready for installation.
