Atlas Castings & Technology manufactures a verity of castings for the hydroelectric industry including Pelton wheels, Francis runners, Wicket gates, and Kaplan blades. Most dams are aging and in need of replacement castings. With Pro/E computer aided design software, Atlas can assist you in reverse engineering your hydroelectric castings if drawings are not available. For castings larger than 48,000 lb., our engineering department can assist you in designing cast-fab options. Atlas also has the technology and facilities to weld castings together to attain larger sizes.
