Atlas Castings & Technology has the diversified facilities and capabilities to meet your unique valve application requirements. Our Chehalis facility is suited for producing medium to large quantity small valves while our Tacoma facility can produce large size valves up to 42,000 lbs. With our non-destructive inspection capabilities, we can radiograph sections up to 20" in thickness and upgrade your valve to meet ANSI, API, ASME, military, or unique customer specification. Atlas is only one of 28 domestic manufacturing companies and the only foundry in the United States to maintain a manufacturing "QSC" certificate from ASME for nuclear castings. Our extensive welding capabilities enable us to provide fab-ons and special metal overlays as needed. Because of the large selection of alloys available at Atlas, we provide our valve customers a wide market offering from a single pattern.



WCB 3way directional control valve with fab-on outlets, final machined ready for installation.


3,670 lb check valve cast in C12A alloy for enhanced creep properties at high temperatures.


18,650 lb control valve cast WCB and rough machined to verify dimensions and sub surface quality.



Cast steam control valve with elbow castings fabricated on to provide a complex assembly ready for installation after RT, UT, and coating, ship weight 32,550 lb.
 

ASTM A-217 grade C5 alloy coker bin discharge valve and bonnet assembly converted from a fabrication to improve manufacturability.
